What DOES the President of the BPS do?

Ken Brown
President, BPS; Queen's University Belfast

During the past few months I have been rather surprised that a great many members of the BPS have no idea what duties the President of the Society has to carry out. Hopefully I will be able to illuminate the nature of this post and in so doing help explain the structure of the Society and the functions carried out by the Boards of the Society. I intend leaving time for a question and answer session.
